Every item is handmade to order in our studio. We pack and dispatch most orders within a few business days and email you the tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over US $150 shipped to the United States and Canada. For all other destinations, rates are shown at checkout. Duties and local taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

• Estimated delivery : 7 – 14 business days (plus any customs clearance time)
• DIY kits include a public preview of the instructions; full English instructions with subtitles are delivered after purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your handmade treasure, but if something isn’t quite right we’re here to help.

• 30-day return window : Request a return within 30 days of delivery for physical goods.
• Condition : Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact customer support before sending anything back so we can register your request.
• Shipping costs : If the return is not due to a product quality issue, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Non-returnable items : Final-sale clearance products, downloadable patterns, intimate items and fragile goods marked “non-returnable.”
